Bacon so crispy it was hard to eat. Place was dirty. Bathrooms disgusting and smells like poop. The staff messed up order multiple times. Place was pretty much empty no wonder why. The staff were talking instead of working. They were out of onion ring sauce.

This place sucks in every category. Extremely slow staff, broken equipment, items not available and once you are in their drive through, you are literally stuck for half an hour with no way out. Did you guys EVER hear about sending people on park so that others don't have to wait???

Food was good, service at drive thru was very nice. Hubby ordered a #1 whopper combo , substituted the fries for Mozzarella fries, and a large sweet tea with no ice. Everything was correct except he was given a large coke WITH ice. Left before realizing. Oh well, he likes coke too.
This place wow. I really don't know why I keep.goimg back. I think its hope that something has changed. I really never have issues with the food. Its more of they can't get the order right the first time. Which that is alot of fast food places these days to be fair even Chick Fil A will mess up an order. The building is in need of renovation which I believe causes the moral to be down. The building is stuck in the 1990's. For some reason Burger King does not care about this location. Maybe if the building gets renovated the service will get better due to newer technology they can use for orders and the moral will get boosted.
