It’s been 10 years and they haven’t fixed the pot holes in the drive through they take 30 min to make cheeseburgers and the place looks terrible and raggedy and THE FRIES ARE BLAND

This place is DISTGUSTING. This place is obviously understaffed, and the staff they have just doesn’t want to work. My family sat in there for about 10 minutes for our food, while the staff just sat there, talking. On too of that, all the tables were extremely dirty, chairs weren’t pushed in, and soda was spilt everywhere. The whole place is overall very unpleasant to be in. And the bathroom were absolutely gross. The toilets were not flushed, there was liquids on the floor, toilet paper everywhere and the sink had soap all over. Absolutely disgusting

So I went to see if I could redeem my free sandwich from June purchase. I asked nicely and told them I didn’t have my receipt but the manager had to get smart and that was it. Why get nasty with me for asking a question.

They seem to be short staffed. Occasionally they are out of something I ordered. (The online app won't know it and will take your money. If so, when the window clerk tells you they are out of something, pull out of line and cancel your order. Other methods of getting a refund don't work. You can then enter the order again without the problem items.)
