This place wow. I really don't know why I keep.goimg back. I think its hope that something has changed. I really never have issues with the food. Its more of they can't get the order right the first time. Which that is alot of fast food places these days to be fair even Chick Fil A will mess up an order. The building is in need of renovation which I believe causes the moral to be down. The building is stuck in the 1990's. For some reason Burger King does not care about this location. Maybe if the building gets renovated the service will get better due to newer technology they can use for orders and the moral will get boosted.

Easiest and shortest description - outdated. Half the menu wasn't available for purchase. Entire inside smelled of bleach. So thick in fact, you could taste it! And parking is bad. I parked only for a short while to order and as soon as I walked in, food delivery truck parked lengthwise, blocking all vehicles parked on that side of the building. I will say though that the one cook working there was on point. He did a great job assuring our food was hot and even fresh.

If I could give zero, I would. Horrible service, unfriendly staff, disgusting people, and will cheat you out of your money and mess up every single order. Refused to give me a missing item from my delivery order and refused me a refund even though I had to drive myself to go and get my food, which they didn't even give to me. Don't go here. Terrible.

Very slow at the drive thru. Order was incomplete. Whoppers were lukewarm. Redeeming factors: fries were hot and tasty and the young man working the window was mannerable.

This location has really gone downhill. Lobby and bathrooms are disgusting and heat kept off to save a buck costing customers $$$$ bc the drink machine lines are frozen! Employees are amazing but management needs to tighten up!
