Young man at the counter was very personable and likeable. Pizza is pretty good BUT the wings are definitely not worth the price they’re charging, very 7/11 like wings and overcharged, not bad though just not worth the price

Let me tell you something about this place right here is awesome. Pizza was killer remind me of godfather the person who took our order delivered our food was the nicest person ever food was so damn good. Plus, here is the killer part it was 5 mins or so before closing. Then she said how many people and I said 8 kids, two adults without a pausebI do mean without a pause she said, "What can I get you. This place is much more than a pizza restaurant they really do go out of the way for their customers and treat you right. we will be eating there more often

When I called the lady that answered seemed like she could not be bothered why? I ordered a small chef salad and a 12 meatball sandwich. The meatballs were cut in half the sandwich cost 14.00 dollars for 14.00 dollars you would think they would have whole meatballs on it. I could have gone to wawa for the same thing for 6.00 dollars. I guess they did this because I'm from out of town. And staying at the hotel.We don't have good Italian places where I'm from so I figured why not. Inwas wrong next time I'll just go to wawa.

I usually don't do this but I going to vent today .I order food online from this chanellos@11pm and gave expect time of 1145pm. I called and asked what is the status of my order and told I will not get my order until 20 minutes later.and they cancelled my order without any notice. The store manager was unprofessional and to himself was racial profiling me . She refused to give me her name and I called back and asked why y'all cancelled she stated cause I was paying in cash n you did not pay for the order . Just fyi DONT ORDER FROM THIS CHANELLOS IN COLONIAL HEIGHTS IF U PAYING CASH CAUSE THEY GOING TO JUDGE YOU .

OMG I just got me a greek salad from here and it was so good it didn’t make it in the house and got a burger from somewhere else to go with it and when I tell you I crushed that salad it was as good as it looked good job I’ll be back for my salad from here again!!!!

Placed an order at 730, called at 845 to check on status as we were quoted delivery from 810 to 820. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and said they only had one driver which is understandable but there was no need to be rude about when we were more than understanding. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I ordered and it never got delivered. Thank god I opted to pay with cash and not my card and also pay cash not by card. I would’ve been very upset if I paid for this order and never got it like I’m experiencing right now.

The food is always good & hot, fast service and everyone pleasant, but I did notice on my last visit that food was handled without gloves, that's a big turn off, taking you naked hands getting chicken wingetts right out the bag then putting them in the pan, not good at all.
