Placed a catering order the day before. (Placed order, then had to revise, customer service call GREAT!!) arrived this morning at 5:50 a.m.. observed that employees arriving were well groomed and were alert and cheerful. Window cleaners were preparing for opening hours. Paid for 8 large catering trays. Employees assisted in carrying order to truck. Amazing service and I was off!

I usually have no issues with this chic fil a. However, I went there tonight and was very disappointed. Firstly, the person taking my order was being rushed and had to say into his walkie talkie that he was taking one last order. Mind you, the website says they close at 10 and I was there at 9pm. Then I ordered an ice cream cup and asked for it in a styrofoam cup because it keeps it frozen on the way home. I have ordered this many times. The manager came out and told me that the styrofoam cup was not an option at the location. Which again, I always order it this way. She was very rude. Chic fil a is usually known for their customers service but that was not shown tonight. I’m very disappointed that they have a manager that doesn’t care about customer service because that will only trickle down to other employees.

30 5th grade students and all registers were moving, along with ALL staff on board to make this an easy in amd out situation. When I tell you not only were carry out, drive thru and online orders rolling all the random orders our students were giving being fixed to perfection. On top of that the bathroom and dinning room was clean to perfection. This will not be my last time here, this maybe our pit stop with my family! Thank you all for an amazing dinning experience.

Great late lunch at this Chik Fil A! Food was delicious and not a long wait on our food. I saw some other reviews that weren’t flattering so we were a little concerned. No problems at all, workers we spoke with were all kind and efficient!!

This place has really gone down. March 31st I placed an order on mobile for drive through for breakfast food. Went all the way through the drive thru just for them to tell me it’s a 5 mins wait of biscuits and to go around the front to wait. So I decided to go inside and the worker told me it was another 5 mins wait! UNACCEPTABLE! I requested for a refund because why not be truthful in the drive thru and tell me how long I have to wait. Then after my appointment I decided to come back for lunch since I promised my kids food from there. Once again I put my order through mobile order and went into the driveway and guess what! The person in the drive thru told me there is a wait on fries and to pull in the parking space 1. Even though I seen the car behind me go by eating fries! I asked how long, they said just a few minutes. The worker came and brought me my order and I went through my bag to make sure my items were there. They were NOT my 12 count nuggets was missing. So I had to call inside the store for someone to bring them out and I actually got to speak to the manager and she just blamed everything on the cook didn’t take any accountability or offer anything for my inconvenience. I then get down the street and noticed my free item was missing! I say all this to say, Chick-fil-A please do better with your service when people are spending their hard earned money with you and we don’t get what we pay for!!
