I don't often eat Chick Fil A, but the employees at thus location were helpful and kind. The food was enjoyable, and it made for a nice quick lunch. :)
I only wanted a Lemonade and they gave it to me for free. What a place!!!

Food was good as always. Service was very good also as usual. Look like some of the other fast food joints McDonald's would take some lessons on Service. The more you pay them the worse they get.
I always come through this Chick-fil-A thinking they will do better next time and they never do. I always ask for a large fry and yet they give me the fries from a medium box. They don’t need to be falling out, but I would like for them to be at least full. Do better cfa

Got an order an hour ago. Fries looked old or oil needs to be changed but the biggest problem is I order 2 drinks with light ice..... both drinks full as sin with ice, THEN I ordered a salad, ADDED egg. Paid for egg...... guess what....... DIDNT GET ANY EGG. Store has been getting a little sloppy lately.

Company slogan: It's My Pleasure to Serve You. Love that they are based religious background and are off on Sunday the Sabbath day. Love the smiles and warm greetings by all the personnel. I don't like the area in Colonial Heights but was passing through and what better place to stop and pick up a quick meal.
Food was cold I was really hungry and ask for a milkshake it was the only thing that I like chicken sandwich was cold fries were cold I did not like the service the girl was
