I seriously don’t understand how this location is still in business. I ordered a flatbread & wings. Delivery took over 2 hours, called the phone number to get an update was on hold for over an hour! Of course, once the food arrived it was cold. The manager contacted me & answered saying “ I’m posed to be callin you bout a refund” then proceeded to put me on hold for over 30 mins to ask another manager how to do a refund… I was contacted by someone via email which the email states “ we’ve tried numerous times to contact you “ which was of course a lie. Once confronted they proceeded to argue with no resolution. Not to mention a family friend went in the night before & they were BLARING music so loud you could barely even order. Customer service nowadays just isn’t the same.

Women at the counter was coughing and rubbing her face while making my pizza, didn't even wash her hands after taking my order and before making my pizzas. Didn't have a positive attitude plus when I walked in she was standing on her phone, coughing and rubbing her nose with her arm

If I could give zero stars I would. Both of my pizzas were raw . This is absolutely Unacceptable. I called to speak to a manager and waited for over half an hour, and no one even took my call. I’ll be calling back in the morning. Horrible food and Customer service.

I just went to the store and asked the employee if they were open or closed, and he started talking to me in an inappropriate way. I asked him why he was talking to me like that, and then he started yelling at me for no reason. This is crazy! The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

The guys were amazing and I'm not sure who the lady is that works there i think she deliveres pizza as well but when I do pickup as i usually do she's always amazing as well and always ask if i need plates or napkins or.extra anything to add to my order I may have forgotten ( great upselling) I would recognize them all but dont know their names lol but the night staff is amazing

Screwed up my order, offered to replace it, fair enough, 3 days in a row, 4 times, I called to get it, was told it would be over an hour at least, woman who answered (all 4 times) left me on hold till disconnect 2x. 1x I hung up after 8mins on hold, the forth I'm pretty sure they just hung it up.
Not bothering with it anymore, it would just be cold, and over cooked like ALL their pizzas are. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

That store is in good hands as long as Brian the general manager runs it! Absolutely brilliant guy, with savvy way of implementing processes! Thank you for being attentive to my order directions. Brian is really caring person!

Can you say ghetto fab pizza was not cooked on one side and the wings looked at little pink called the store whoever answer th phone was was a bit unprofessional as representative on the company next time save yr money and time and deal with Pappa John's $53 dollars wasted

The manager was rude. I called to say that I didn’t want a cold pizza delivered, waiting 39.55 minutes for a thin crust pizza, which has happened more than once. I never leave reviews but thought it necessary to share that Domonios in Colonial Heights, Va is probably the worst customer service I’ve received. The manager cancelled my order thankfully but hung up on me, was not willing to discuss and would not admit that he wouldn’t want to order, pay for and receive a cold pizza. What a Jirk! I’ve deleted the app and I’ll never order from a Dominos again. Dominos, you need to hire more competent people that are customer friendly. You’ve just lost business, in a time when fast food is struggling. It’s unfortunate.
