The manager was rude. I called to say that I didn’t want a cold pizza delivered, waiting 39.55 minutes for a thin crust pizza, which has happened more than once. I never leave reviews but thought it necessary to share that Domonios in Colonial Heights, Va is probably the worst customer service I’ve received. The manager cancelled my order thankfully but hung up on me, was not willing to discuss and would not admit that he wouldn’t want to order, pay for and receive a cold pizza. What a Jirk! I’ve deleted the app and I’ll never order from a Dominos again. Dominos, you need to hire more competent people that are customer friendly. You’ve just lost business, in a time when fast food is struggling. It’s unfortunate.

I gave the service a 3 because when I came in the worker looked at me and said nothing. I spoke to her and greeted other people that came in after me. How do you look at someone and still don't greet them. My pizza was nice and evenly proportioned and pretty. It just came out of the oven. As I waited I created small talk with the person working. The atmosphere was good as well. Overall a nice place I will definitely go again and hope you do as well

After placing an online order, our food was marked as delivered but was never received. I called the store three times and waited on hold over 10 mins to be told the order was delivered, then was found sitting on the shelf. The staff member then hung up on me without providing resolution nor saying when i could expect to receive my order. I would like a refund and to speak with management about the horrible experience I had with your store. 6/23/25 order # 1225

Pizza was great but that was the only great thing. The pasta bowl was overcooked to the point half the meal was stuck to the aluminum tin. The cinnamon bites were placed in a box, then handed to us upside down. Best of all our drinks were nowhere to be found.

Haven’t been to this establishment for about a year due to horrendous customer service. I decided to try them out again this evening and they seem to have fixed many issues from past employees. The manager that was working was very helpful and polite. She helped me out with questions I had regarding online ordering and was very patient about it. Food was perfect and service was great. Looks like y’all won yourselves back a customer 😜
Edit: This place is back to being trash. Won’t be coming back. I’m guessing this store has a revolving door when it comes to employees. Way to fix your issues and take it back to being one of the worst domino’s out there.
