Yesterday is the perfect day every time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, the staff it’s always really friendly but today I stopped in and I’ve been having a really bad couple weeks this morning I was greeted with a smile and the kind hearted soul who wrote that note on my cup. I really appreciate it. You made my day 10 times better with a few simple words thank you 😊

I'm giving this a hard three I rarely have issues with this establishment but today was a hot mess. The manager had a attitude because I did not leave the window right after I received my coffee I was putting my cash away I did make sure no one was right behind me... as I was putting my cash away I heard her getting an attitude saying she got her coffee why is she still there she needs to go loud enough for me to hear she then comes to the window I was like there is no one...

I don’t understand. This location never has what I want to order. May I have a cold brew? “We are all out of cold brew” Can I get cold foam? “We don’t have cold foam” Can I get a strawless lid? “We are out”. This is multiple visits and attempts. I’m done trying to support this location.
