I cannot say enough good things about Rico at Five Guys. He is truly outstanding and sets the gold standard for customer service. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with warmth and genuine kindness. Every once in a while my family of 6 will order delivery from here as a treat with 4 shakes, 5 burgers and 1 large fry and 1 regular fry for $136 including $8 tip. The experience use to be top notch, no complaints. Due to personal issues, can't go get food, but I tip very well for 2miles.
The last 3 times over the course of 1 yr has had issues.
* One being lack of labeling even when requested not all are labeled, with allergies this is important...

As a person with Gluten allergy, I was heard, my food was handled with care and the food was amazing! The vibes of the night crew was off the chain! I loved how the cooks were singing to the music along with us customers! 10/10
