Ordered a large custom pizza last night for the family, with lemon pepper wings, and some cinnamon pull apart things while I was finishing shopping in Walmart. Picked it up on the way home and I have to say the gentleman that gave me my food last night was so kind and professional. I was having a rough day and the simple kindness this man showed me made my whole night better. Now mind you I didn't leave a tip on the card because I like to hand them cash myself and he didn't know if I was going to tip him or not, but he still showed me respect and even helped lower my bill by telling me about a coupon. It's so nice to see there's still good people in this world and I think I found myself a new favorite pizza place! Thankyou so much for the delicious hot food and the top tier service!

I haven't been here since they opened this location and when up the street they were always crowded, rude , poor quality , consistently made things wrong or lost my order .
I decided to try the Shaqaroni and ordered it on the app . Unlike Little Caesars they didn't let me know if was ready so I wasn't sure if it would be ready on time or not .
When I arrived I was warmly greeted when I entered the store , quickly waited on and was out the door in under 2 minutes .
The pizza was very good though slightly under cooked . I had ordered it extra done and it was still just under fully cooked . There were plenty of toppings , the crust had a good flavor and I felt like I got a lot for my money .
This experience has renewed my faith in this pizza chain and it won't be so many years before I order from here again .

Really like the take out service. Took my order and was ready in less than 15 minutes. They have even brought it out to the car while waiting. Always get the large deluxe. Can't beat it for less than 20 bucks.

I recently ordered from this Papa John’s. I misordered by mistake and called to see if I could update it after the fact. I spoke to the manager, a female (didn’t catch her name). She told me that the pizzas were already cooked and about to head out for delivery but offered to remake that one and swap it out. I offered to pay for it given it was my mistake and they had already cooked it but she politely told me that it was ok, not to worry about it. Great service. 👍👍

The manager is very rude. Don’t recommend. It was hair in my food.

WORST EXPERIENCE.... AS USUAL 🙄

Every time I order from this store something ALWAYS goes wrong.

3 / 3 times I've ordered delivery, that have delivered it to the wrong house. And of course, that house keeps my order. So my family is still left waiting another 45+ minutes, PAST what we had already been waiting, for them to have to now have to remake my entire order and then send it back out for delivery, AGAIN.

and tonight they did one even better than usual... When my order FINALLY arrived... Surprise! It was WRONG! 😤🙄

I ordered online and was given a delivery timeline.
I could see the pizza was baked quick but tracking stuck at Preparing till timeline is up. Got a text that it’s taking longer. But it’s been 1hr 30 mins already waiting. I guess they did not have drivers around.
I ended up calling them and cancel the order, can’t wait to receive a cold pizza.
If y’all don’t have drivers, do not accept orders.

Edit, next day...
This store rocks and will set stright any quality/time issues a customer may have. Less than 12 hrs after my experience (that was promptly turned positive by an amazing employee) I received a free medium pizza voucher in the mail! This was not expected as again I left yesterday satisfied and loving Papa John's pizza. Better pizza, better employees, best experience. Please give this team some love corporate Papa!
