I just went to the Colonial Heights location and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. I try not to be a Karen but I'm pissed. After waiting in the drivethru for 20 minutes with it moving once because the car in front of me got out of line (probably because the line didn't move for them for 20 minutes either...), we decided to go inside where there was only one person in line. 10 minutes later, we finally place our order.
