The girl that made my sub was mad polite and had great energy. Greeted me with a smile listened to how I wanted everything, and didn’t give no attitude or rush me. Sub came out fire everything fresh, stacked right, and wrapped up clean. You can tell she take pride in her work. Respect to her she doing her job right and she’s the only one working 💪🏾

It’s only one girl running the whole store by herself, I’m seriously impressed. She’s taking orders, making sandwiches, handling the register, and still stays polite and professional. That’s not easy to do, especially when there’s a line. Shoutout to that young lady.

The Southpark Mall Subway location is excellent.......the manager there is holding it down in her own...I love her attitude and the way she seems to make everyone's day better with great food and professional attitude......(sure bests the experience I had at the Oxbridge Square location several years ago which leaves much to be desired ...... They treated me with so much disrepect and made me feel stupid to the point that ...I only managed to work at that one and left after 3 days...getting no compensation because my paperwork was still laying on a supply rack outside the managers office for all to see my personal information with social security and Name..,........)

Will I come back to this Southpark Mall location ABSOLUTELY.......

Only one person working the counter and she was not changing her gloves between handling the register and her food and was even handling the register while waiting for the sandwich to be done toasting.

Not sure if she wasn’t trained on sanitation, but additional training may be required.

Normally I don’t go to subway because of the crappy service but I really wanted a sub so I gave it a shot and I must say, the service here was incredible! I was very impressed by how quickly my food was made, how kind the employees were, and how clean everything was! The GM at this location must be great at their job because everything was perfect compared to other subways I’ve been to. I will definitely be coming here again!

This subway used to be pretty crappy. I decided to give it another shot, i was hungry and subway was the closet thing to me at the time. This experience was one i will not forget ever. Miss Sue will take care of you. She is the kindest individual you will ever meet and your order will be correct. Speaking to her alone made my day. Thank you Sue for your kindness, you have no idea how much you have impacted me today.

Chose this Walmart Subway location because it had the better reviews than the other ones, althought still reviews were low.

I understand 1 dude was working, but OMG got 4 hot subs and all cold, half of the order was sitting on the counter when my husband the order picked up and the rest wasn't made. All of the subs were missing mayo and extra sauce stuff and other ingredients. All subs were suppose to have 2x the cheese and you can hardly see any cheese and meat well was awful besides my husband's sub had a lot of meat, we figured he made it first before leaving to help other customers.
Got 3 bottles of soda with our meals and they had 1 bottle, which we realized was a zero sugar coke and other were fountain drinks, which for kids isn't always the best.
Then they didn't have the chocolate chip footlong cookie, so gave us 12 cookies which was fine and appreciated. However, I had order 12 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and dude said they were in the bag but they weren't. These are 6.99.
The footling churro was firm and tough like foam!

I mean if you're working by yourself you need to work 1 order fully and completely at a time! Also talk go manager or whoever about hiring or scheduling another person so the quality of food doesn't suffer. It's common sense.

My husband is taking back our two subs because our kids just dealt with it and we're so hungry. I for one can't eat a dry sub and ours were the more expensive ones. Our total order was $81 with using promo code! If I'm spending this money I want what good quality and what I paid for. Haven't had subway in years, was supposed to be a nice treat ?.

I'm shocked they have the stars they got, I guess many people settle and accept less than product.

The associate, named Zye, is the most courteous, friendly, and absolutely professional person I have had in all my subway visits. This was my first time in her store, and I will definitely be going back there every time I want subway. She is definitely manager material.

Ordered the Mexicali sub..the guy making my food had to keep asking me what came on it…one of the ingredients was sliced avocado and he put some kind of avocado paste that came in a bag on it instead it looked absolutely GROSS …when I told him what condiments i wanted and that I wanted very little he covered the entire sandwich in it…it was very messy!!! Don’t get me wrong the employees were very nice but it seemed like nobody know how to make a sandwich.
