A mistake was made with the sub when I return the sub the staff members was arguing with me had to call the boss kept tell I had to pay for the same sub I was returning when I had already paid for the both of them wow ....
Every time I order from there, my pretzels are always hard to the point. I could hit it on the wall, and it will not break. Tried to call the store and see if they can remake it. They refuse to answer the phone. I asked for extra pickles in a cup, they only gave me about four or five of them not a good store.
Meatball sub on Italian bread. Worst meal ever. Meatballs were burnt and bread was hard. I should have gone to Domino's next door !

The woman making my food was on the phone the entire time. The vegetables looked wilted. She charged me for extra meat, even though I did not ask for extra meat. I will never come back to the store and it deserves to be closed.
The last 2x I have ordered the double protein tuna salad I received 3 scoops of tuna vs 4 scoops.
I was a regular but Due to the Karen associated with the Owners(wife I think) I will not be returning... After working 14 hours I rather not have to deal with a Karen when trying to getting dinner... Food not horrible but 15 bucks for a skimpy sandwich is not really something I prefer, add in Karen no more. Chips were good though.

I love subways. I got into subways, stood for about 510 minutes. The lady was on the phone. Talking gossiping to whoever on phone, it wasn't a business conversation. The olives was inside the cucumbers, and she said, oh, it's just an Olive now. If I was allergic to Olive, that would have been cross tamination. The cucumbers looked old The lettuce was Brown and she act like she didn't care. And she was holding the phone with her gloves on that she made the sandwich wit. I got a chiro, and it when I got home. It was hard as a brick.I could probably bang a nail in the wall......

I go to this subway location all the time and I’ve never had a bad experience! Today was excellent and I have no complaints. The guy working (so sorry I did not get his name) was so nice and had wonderful customer service. 10/10 recommend :)

Not sure what my favorite part was. The employee not washing her hands, the old receipt hanging into the food, the employees Apple Watch cross contaminating, the employee touching the register with her gloves and moving onto the next customer, the dirty tables or the sideways nametape that didn’t have a name on it.
The two guys behind the counter were friendly, but the one making my sub seemed to not know what he was doing at all. Footlong roast beef sub and he put 5 slices of beef on it. Was going to charge extra for more meat. Still $20 out the door with a combo. Didn't ask what cheese I wanted and just added provolone without asking while I paid. It was out of the toaster before I realized. Really stingy with the toppings and condiments. I had to keep asking for more of everything just to get a mediocre sized sub. The bread was stale tasting. I definitely don't recommend this location.

Ordered a sub they acted like they didn’t want to put anything on there i was asking for horrible attitudes . The veggies looked disgusting bread was extremely stale , all the sodas were flat highly don’t recommend !
