It's okay ?, I don't really like to give a bad review, but I just wanted to say that as I was walking in a gentleman with 3 children was walking out and said to me, "if you're not kiosk savvy, might as well hang it up" ?? he was right! 99% of people using the kiosk to order make mistakes and the personal doesn't even say GOOD EVENING, because they may just have to look at you and answered a question that you may have & that is not why there are there for! LORD! what is happening to our society ????? People needs to be trained in the same customer service they teach at "Chic Fill A"

Food is great, place very clean, staff horrible customer service horrible you order one thing and they want to rush you. And then forgot my food. And have an attitude when you return with receipt to inform them. Customer service training should be part of the hiring process.

Placed an order for a beefy five layer burrito and another item, both with no sour cream, beans or lettuce or any of the extra stuff, just meat and cheese. One item came drenched in sour cream. Also whenever I go in there it never fails that the kitchen staff always has an attitude. Went in here once and went to grab my bag to leave and it ripped. I then heard a employee say “he dropped it on the ground bruh” meanwhile half my food would’ve been fine if it wasn’t halfway wrapped up like a 2 year old did it

If I could put no stars I'd def do it, Waited 35 MINUTES to pull up to a window. Pay my money, and be told to pull up to the front to keep waiting which is what I'm doing right now typing this. Slow service, and no answer on why my food is taking forever. Id rather smoke crack than show back up to this wack ass Taco Bell...

Your Reward Is As Big As Your Sacrifice

I placed an order that totaled to $44 sadly when I arrived home which was an hour away I was missing some items. I was shocked because I politely asked the cashier Nicole was everything in the bag because none of the convos were separated everything was in 1 large bag. She said yes and I said thank you smiled and drove away. I called and someone answered it actually sounded like the girl Nicole at the drive through and I explained to her what had happened and she said hold on let me get my boss and then slammed the phone down. I tried calling back several times but the phone either was busy or someone answered and never responded when I would say hello. I’m disappointed in the service I received because I was nothing but nice but rather then letting a bad experience ruin the rest of my day I feel it’s best to report the none professionalism I encountered in hopes that no one else will drive away without throughly checking their good. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG! Because the employees at this Taco Bell aren’t going to make sure your order is correct but they are guaranteed to not wanna fix a simple mistake. Good luck to the owners because with customer service like I received sales are sure to decrease.

This Taco Bell closes early every night. I have come several times between 12:00 & 12:45 and they have been closed. Today is sept 4th and the lady on the drive through mic, ignored 2 vehicles ahead of me, refusing to take their order. Then, slammed the window closed when asked why they were closing early after I knocked several times and she tried to ignore me. What a piss-poor reflection of business practices and customer service.

Manager got smart and caught an attitude with me and proceeds to snatch the wrong order out of my hands all because I told her what was supposed to come on my tacos. Employees constantly kept messing up my order even though it was told to them more than twice. Manager couldn’t even own up to her attitude and terrible customer service so the employee apologized for HER doing.
