For one, this is the 2nd time we have come to this location & the food is not all the way heated up… we walked out before we checked our food unfortunately .. not only that but we got the wrong order. Not the 1st time this has happened.

For two, the high chairs never work & actually keep the baby in the chair, so it’s never safe or pleasant eating inside.

For three, a worker argued with the customer because the customer (us) was upset that they dumped the leftover smoothie down the drain instead of putting it in a little cup for our 12 month old & 26 month old. Protocol says they’re not supposed to, which I can understand. However, the fact that the worker continued to have attitude back to the customer is what is not okay for a business. In business, the customer is always right. The whole situation was handled unprofessionally by the worker/workers.

We walked out & decided not to dine in this unpleasant atmosphere with conflict with the worker.

GO TO ANOTHER TROPICAL SMOOTHIE! It’s worth the drive to go to Chester…

Amari & Jolie was remarkable. They were friendly, respectful. My sandwich was not made to my liking. Remade it over it was delicious.

Amari went above & beyond to render me great service. Their customer service skills, communication was amazing.

This is the dirtiest most grimy looking tropical smoothie store I have ever been in. Saw roaches crawling on the floor. TERRIBLE.

So I can’t cancel an order and I can’t get a refund for an item not in stock that was ordered. To say I’m disappointed in this place is an understatement. Never again will I go to this store .
I understand being busy but by the time I got the side order I didn’t want but I had to take because they couldn’t/wouldn’t refund the side they didn’t have - my smoothie was melted .

The food…. Many things aren’t perfect but today OLD STRAWBERRIES were put in my açaí bowl so I was very upset. The service always seems kind of stand off ish . I don’t know, not as friendly really…they always seem too busy or annoyed.
The atmosphere is very cold, smells & always seems uninviting.

Attempted to pay and their system automatically charged me a tip … I looked at my receipt and noticed it, they didnt even tell me. I asked for my money back and they said I have to file a complaint and they cannot give my refund of a forced tip. Be careful and ask questions before giving this place your money.

I’m disappointed with the communication with this store. I made a delivery order which I only received the drink and not the quesadilla as well which i ordered. The driver informed the store didn’t have it, only the drink and that they would refund what I didn’t receive. I tried calling three times for confirmation but no one seems to answer. I want my money back.i called back and spoke to a great worker name Jolie. She picked up my call and let me know the dasher left part of my order and that she would remake it for me. I appreciate her kindness. So I rerated them a 4.

I'm genuinely just fed up at this point. Every time I order from here, there's just a flat 50% chance that I don't get a key part of my order. I order a smoothie and sandwich pair? I either don't get the sandwich or the smoothie. It's not even little things missing, or just the wrong item, I get literally nothing.

Then to top it off, the number is never answered when called, customer support never emails you back after filling in the form, and there's no one else to contact. The only option is charging back since I just straight up got scammed by this business. I've probably lost about $100 just from items not being there this year alone. It is insane that thees no way to contact anyone for the place failing to do it's job. Like seriously, how tf do you end up missing a sandwich, or even worse, the smoothie which is the whole point of eating here?

It would be fine if I could actually contact someone. But dming or messaging on twitter? At most leads to a mailed gift card, which can only be used in person which is useless for me. No email/messages back after using their contact form on their site, and again, no answer from the phone ever.

Went to the colonial hieghts tropical smoothie. We waited 45+ mins for our order. We ordered a jerk chicken wrap with sauce on the side and they out sauce on the wrap. Never going back!!!!
