Went in yesterday to a couple of young guys who were pretty friendly, I ordered a kiwi quencher and it was by far the worst I ever had, idk if these guys are making short cut but as long as those guys are there I’m never going again

7pm 12/09/2024 Ordered smoothie and slider. Smoothie was barley half full. Threw my order in the trash just out front the store. If they can't fill my smoothie up and still give it to me I can't trust they didn't drop my food on the floor and still serve it to me. This location is dead to me.

We came in an hour before closing, being the only ones in there. We were not acknowledged for 10 minutes then finally when they came up to the front we asked how there night was going and with no response we were asked what we wanted. I understand your closing but you still have an hour of operation.

Visited this location on 11/3/24 . The staff members were not polite at all. I Waited about 15 minutes after ordering and noticed someone who came in after and ordered around the same amount of food as me was served much sooner.

When I asked about my order the staff members seemed confused and said that it had not been made yet. I overhead several of the staff members say that the person who was tasked with making my orders had left. They also said that she had made her own personal order first then left.

I finally received my order and no apology was offered at all for the delay in service. Not even a simple sorry or have a nice day… Just sat my smoothies on the counter and sent me on my way.

They have the absolute rudest people working for them. I stood there for about 5 minutes and they had multiple people working and NONE of them greeted, acknowledged or offered to help me. They just kept looking at me and continuing to talk to each other. I wouldn’t give this place any more business off the strength of that. So rude and unprofessional

Why does the staff get to work at 7 and then yell from the register we not ready yet. So unprofessional.

This was my first time at this location, and the attitude was ridiculous! At that point don’t even show up to work. I came in & was told there was no flat bread. An employee came behind her and offered some resolutions, and she just looked so bothered and like she didn’t wanna help at all . Missed out on my money that day.

Such disappointing service every time. Not taking orders during business hours, closing down early, skimping on portions, taking orders wrong, unfriendly staff…I always give credit where it’s due, but this location is not it. Chester is much better.

Horrible service, the big guy stands there looking at the wall while there's a line of people. The lady finally comes from the back to take my order. It took forever, the cup was over filled,was not mixed well. He e put my smoothie in a box for deliveries never called my name. Luckily I seen it and noticed it was mine. I would avoid this location.

The place was sticky and pretty nasty. The staff were not wearing gloves. I could see the guy making the smoothies reaching into the fruit station with his bare hands. The lady that handed out the drinks stood in the doorway to the back was picking her nose then grabbing smoothies. I couldn't bring myself to drink it. I had to toss it.

This location specifically is horrible. They're either always out of something, have so few employees that a smoothie takes 15 minutes to get, or just generally wasting your time. On multiple occasions, I've gone to get an acai bowl, and every single time, there's a new excuse as to why I can't get one. Their drinks are actually pretty decent, but I can never seem to get what I want without an issue. Go to the one in Chester. It's only a 15 minute drive and the service is leagues better than the service in the Colonial Heights location.

Stopped in to grab some lunch. Tasiya was clearly seeming to have a bad day from the beginning. No customer service skills. My husband ordered the chipotle flatbread and was immediately told they were out of lettuce. We asked if extra spinach could be added, Tasiya said no that would be $1 more. You’re out of lettuce but we cannot get extra spinach and want to charge us for your establishments short comings. We then asked for extra napkins, Tasiya stated are there not any in the bag?! Tables were dirty, and no napkins out front to grab. Just a terrible experience.

I will say, our food was great. Just terrible customer service from the beginning.
