The reason i wanted rate because I couldn’t find what I want. There was a ‘Wednesday’ TV show limited deal and I went to the restaurant because of this deal however it was only chicken nuggets meal and drink shake. Very limited. The company could give costumer option like most popular meal instead of chicken nuggets because the show is very big in U.S.! Anyway, i didn’t purchase anything. We walk-in there by 6pm. Inside the restaurant was empty. Employee was cleaning the floor, she welcomed us, she was friendly. The restaurant interior was old, needs some updates.

This Wendy’s location never wants to serve a customer and I don’t know how this location stays in business! They’ll tell you they’re not taking cards or tell you that you have to go in and order if you have cash. It’s been like this for over a year and doesn’t matter the time of day. This location will make you give up on wanting to visit any Wendy’s!

Order a plan baconator meal, I was the only car in the driver thru. And was asked to pull up. And literally waited for 25mins. I could've went in but I am on crutches from surgery. After spending 3 days in the hospital...all I craved was a baconator. Then found out that they gave my meal away.

ordered a take out meal at 9:00 am and walked a minute from my job to this location to pick up up at 9:15 am. both doors were locked. i went to the drive thru and knocked on the window. there was a worker there, not sure if he heard me but i was knocking for like 2 minutes. i was running around the building trying to communicate with the staff so i can get my food and go back to work. i ended up walking behind a car that was in the drive thru and let them know what was going on. at this point id been outside for 10 mins trying to get my order. no apology no nothing

Do not ever come to this Wendy’s early in the morning we are sitting here right now and have been waiting for over 30 minutes to get to the window and then they don’t even have eggs ready when we get to the window. We have to wait another 10 minutes.

Waited long time for food and it was made wrong. As I drove off it was two workers standing around smoking. Will not be going back. Its was plenty of workers they just didn't care about service.

I waited in line for 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and 8 chicken nuggets. They were serving the person who was behind me in line who had 4 bags of food compared to my small order. Unorganized and slow. Heard cashier use derogatory words in reference to waiting customers.

I did something I never do. I canceled my order and left. I've worked fast food. Sorry, poor boy at the counter. You were hung out to dry. They abandoned you. I wouldn't have judged you for following me out. That manager didnt even look up until I started to yell. I knew you were struggling. It was the giggling girl on the phone getting all the attention for stuff she didn’t order or pay for. They ignored you and the line. I hope you got help or got to leave.
