the drive thru lady was amazing i wanted frosty-chino with the normal hot coffee instead of the cold brew because i like the flavor better, she made sure the coffee wasn't too hot and didnt melt the new caramel frosty too much. she added her love and care into my weird taste preference and it was everything i wanted it to be, just wanted to thank her for being awesome

At 1030pm, I pull up to the drive-through, and I'm told that they are only taking mobile orders. What is going on?! Really?! To lazy to enter an order on a screen?
I pull over to place a mobile order in the parking lot, then pull up to the window just to be handed cold food.
I should have known better from the first impression.

They have specials on their sandwiches all the time. Their frosty's are excellent. It is very clean in here and the associates are very friendly. The prices are very reasonable.

I'm not expecting 5 star dining but I do expect someone to remember my very simple order, the promos that are advertised on television and at the store, return to me my debit card, and recieve all of items I ordered.
My major complaints are strictly on the store manager. Scheduling me early hours when I explained to T that I couldn't be there. She said she understood but I lost my job, anyways. No kind of resolution of options. And also medical excuses, that I had was ignored as well. I treated all my customers with kindness and respect. One person can not do it all.

This Wendy’s is so unprofessional! Everyone walking around in sagging jeans with AirPods in their ear and talking on the phone. The person who took my order kept asking me what I wanted because he was on his personal phone having a whole conversation. I had to call back to the store because there was an issue with my food. WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT, as I was trying to explain what the problem was, the manager hung up on me and took the phone off the hook. Never will I ever return! These people should not be in business!
