Pulled up to the drive thru, nobody says anything. I sit for a minute or then say “hello” and he says “hello” super rude. I said nobody gonna say anything? He said “no, I’m eating. I’m hungry.” I say can I get a frosty please, “no frosty’s, down for the night”. Mind you, it’s an hour before closing. This is about the 4th time I’ve come, at different times and they never have frosty’s. As a chain yall need to do better. Awful service and people who don’t care about their jobs at all. You miss out on a ton of money having lazy workers that just don’t want to do the work to have one of the only good things at wendy’s.

It seems like there is always a problem with this Wendy’s. Ordered a BLT biggie bag. I said no cheese and the order taker rudely said “IT DONT GOT NO CHEESE ON IT”. Ok cool. Get the sandwich and there’s no bacon and no tomato. You’re so busy tryna rush and be rude half the things on the sandwich are missing. Got a strawberry Fanta. Was weak and Had a medicine taste. Diet Coke tasted weird as well. Gave us two sauces for an entire meal. Someone make it make sense

Very disappointing experience. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for just 7 chicken tenders. When I asked for the missing items, the staff acted unwilling to help and had bad attitudes. The employees were not friendly, and I saw food being handled with bare hands after touching other surfaces, which was very concerning. The food was not fully cooked and appeared raw. Even the drinks smelled like Clorox, which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, poor service, long wait times, unsafe food handling, and undercooked food. This location needs serious improvement.

Drive thru -Breakfast - We were the only car in line. We ordered and was told to drive up to the door. We waited for 10 minutes. The guy who brought out our order acted like it was a big bother to have to bring out the order. Everything was cold. Took the oder inside for a refund with no apologies from the cashier or the manager. This place needs the entire staff changed along with the management

I ordered a classic burger, and the chicken was tough, I thought it was raw. I hope I don't get salmonella. The experience was terrible, the bathrooms were very dirty.
