Whoever has been making the kimchi soup lately needs to be reassigned. It tastes watered down with added spice to hide it. The tofu and pork chunks are excessively larger than usual. Disappointing because this was my favorite.

I got Thai milk tea and teeoboki, I’ve had their street style ramen too but honestly their drinks are so much better than food. The food always looks yummy but seems to be bland or overcooked. But regardless for a refreshing drink I’d definitely recommend

Food is pretty average overall. The ramen and soups are horrendous. However, most of the other menu options taste average. Customer service is average. Self service is the primary way of ordering and a lot of the pictures on the self service are non existent. On the bright side, they have good ambient music

The service, food and bobo tea are subpar they over sweeten. When I asked for a refund she said the manager said to remake it. I asked to speak to the manager another worker comes out (pretending to be the manager) and says she can’t refund the drink because it will come out of her check. I asked to speak to someone she said the manager was not in.
It’s too expensive for them to be using powder taro no milk substitute available and bad tapioca pearls.
