Zzaam! Was the first restaurant we visited when we moved to this area. Their dishes are consistently delicious. The owners are always friendly and kind. We will continue going there until we have to move again.

Really bad milk tea, asked for boba and didn't receive it. The taste of the milk teas was terrible. Would not recommend.
What happened to the quality of food?
I have visited this restaurant plenty of times and it has always been top tier for thr price. I always get the same thing, which is the bulgogi, white and cucumbers. The meat was very fatty and the teriyaki sauce tasted like warm BBQ sauce. Super disappointed, there is nothing worse than being "cat-fished" by food.

The prices on the wall are 80 cents less than the prices on the tablet.. the staff doesn't welcome you in when you come or even acknowledge you. They keep raising the prices but the quality and quantity of the food doesn't improve.

Boba was great. Food was good. Be careful of the kimchi soup. Comes out boiling hot but was delicious. Wings were delicious and had good sauce .

Can be long wait times due to only ever having 1 person manning the entire front (food, register, drinks, icecream, table service) all by themselves.
However every one of my best experiences have been when Grey (Gray?) is working. 10/10 girl. Impressive worker and incredibly friendly. Always great to see her when I walk in.

The food is great. My new favorite is the bulgogi platter. You get plenty of beef and rice. I top it with the spicy teriyaki ?? A variety of boba tea to choose from and friendly service!

Don’t get the Thai tea boba it’s not good and when you tell them about it they tell you they can’t do anything about it . Do yourselves a favor and drive somewhere else for boba. The service was terrible right along with the drink!

Horrible! Paid $21 for this small plate of bulgoglgi platter never again. Do not recommend
The customer service was horrible. The two young ladies I encountered paid more attention to the food they were preparing than to me wanting to order it. Good job ladies☺️.
