Great staff, great management. Food was decent. Maybe not my taste. very expensive

Food is pretty average overall. The ramen and soups are horrendous. However, most of the other menu options taste average. Customer service is average. Self service is the primary way of ordering and a lot of the pictures on the self service are non existent. On the bright side, they have good ambient music

The service, food and bobo tea are subpar they over sweeten. When I asked for a refund she said the manager said to remake it. I asked to speak to the manager another worker comes out (pretending to be the manager) and says she can’t refund the drink because it will come out of her check. I asked to speak to someone she said the manager was not in.

It’s too expensive for them to be using powder taro no milk substitute available and bad tapioca pearls.

Worst Korean food I tasted in my life.

First time trying, want to love the place but not impressed with the food quality. There are 3 kiosks to take your order and pay, a lot of the menu items do not have a photos, however there are physical menus with photos or some posted at the counter. Some items on the paper menu were no where to be seen on the kiosk. Placed our order at 6:40pm, received our foot thirty minutes later at 7:10pm. About 18 people in the restaurant, so surprised the wait was that long. Ramen was disappointing. Minimal vegetables, and the ramen itself was overcooked, making this feel more like Nissan instant ramen. Adding beef was the saving grace for this ramen. Advertised as spicy but was not. Broth flavor was lacking, which added to the instant ramen feel of the dish. A fried egg or boiled egg was expected, however a poached egg is what came. Bubble Tea was sweet and came out 5 minutes after we ordered, just surprised the food itself took another 25 minutes to arrive.

Staff were extremely nice, perhaps an updated kiosk with photos and some rethinking on the ramen and this place would be a stellar Korean ramen spot.

I have had no burning desire to visit a Korean grill. That said my wife and I stopped in to by gift cards for our grandchildren who do like the Korean grill. We decided to eat there to try it out. This was a mistake because now we have to come back as the meals and service were outstanding. The portions, presentations and flavor were fantastic. Apparently we are now Korean grill fans.

Went in 5 days ago and they were out of the protein I wanted but the man at the counter was nice enough to tell me that if I could wait 5-7 minutes he would finish an order he was working on and get some more of it ready for me. Almost 20 minutes went by and he called me up. Unfortunately when I looked to choose the toppings 3 of the toppings I always choose were gone and he scraped the bottom of a container with gloved fingers to get a small amount of one that I asked for. He said they had a busy dinner and ran out. I decided to go in at 5:30 on Thursday. They didnt appear to be busy and had a couple in line. I looked at the toppings while he was helping the couple and yet again, they were out of what I usually order. Although they are often out of the protein my husband and I prefer, they at least have had a decent amount of toppings and not been out of them. Not sure what is going on lately, but it is disappointing to see the lack of being able to keep food items available for customers.
