2nd try. Wasn't greeted when we walked in even tho I made eye contact with the lady behind the counter. Went over and looked at bubble tea options. I waited to be asked what I wanted. I saw a lady, I assumed the boss telling her to wait on us. Walked up, no hello just stared at me. I ordered. As I paid I was asked if I wanted to tip. I did not. Nor at the bucket on the counter either.I don't ask a lot. But this lady with the septum piercing was rudeI'll pass here.

ZZAAM is a very nice place to share a meal, the food was light and delicious. The atmosphere is comfortable and the dining areas are spacious enough to accommodate a group, the decor is beautiful and the prices are affordable.

The service here really sucks. Young lady walked past me 5 times before even acknowledged me. Finally i got to put in my order. Manager lady is rude as hell. Ive been in there several times and she looks me right in my face and doesnt even speak or even welcome you to the resteruant. No smile no nothing. She must dont like black people, beacuse ive seen her smile and speak to thw white customers.

Honestly my heart broke with the pork belly. It feels like there no passion in the cooking, classic Korean dinner. I’ve had for years at many family own Korean restaurant may have spoiled me but I genuinely feel like mass produced dishes and lack of authentic cooking really kick in. I been stop by and trying bit and pieces of their menu. For the price and what you get. Heartbreaking and makes me miss the old Korean restaurant that use to be across the street. But their wing are okay, I’ll try more and compare but so far. If you want good Korean food, I recommend Yewon in chesterfield. Similar prices but way better quality.

This is a totally different place than it was when it first opened. I'm just wondering what happened? I'm all for having plants and such but it's to the point where a) taking up table real estate b) they have potted plants on chairs. Just kinda wondering what the rationale is here because a seat = $$ Also the choice of music is waaaaaaaaaaay different than when it first opened. They played current music to bring ya in. It wasn't weird or too loud or obnoxious. Now it's this like mall/elevator Muzak (elevator music). What happened? It makes me want to leave more than I want to stay. I don't see this location staying open much longer.

If I could give zero stars I would. The cashier forgets to charge the extra two dollars for fried rice. While waiting forever for my food I’m then asked to pay the $2. Okay, fine. Then after waiting an additional 20 minutes my beef comes out cold. I take it to register to ask the young lady to warm it up. While waiting the owner comes over and questions me saying it wasn’t cold. She prepared it. I offered her to touch it since she didn’t believe me. Had I asked for a refund or something ridiculous like that I’d understand, but I’m debated on if my food is cold or not? My rice was hot which lets me know…my beef sat while you waited on the rest of my food. Had the owner not walked over to me in the manor she did about the temperature of my food I would not have left this review. I would have kept the poor experience to myself
