So I’ll keep it honest reason why not 5 little dirty in lobby just needed some sweep other then that food was great had a blond hair chick had to be around 30 she was so sweet informing me of their new menu change food was fresh and hot some how she got me to get a milkshake didn’t want one just wanted the mushroom and Swiss but the milkshake was really good service was fast much improvement over the few months especially compared to last year
went to Covington Va hardest this morning and purchased 5 sausage gravy biscuits. NO SAUSAGE IN THE GRAVY.
Why is dinning area closed...Like 3rd time in a week...tried to take my dad out this morning ( it’s a bit difficult for him ) got him out & up to door only to be LOCKED.. seriously people put a dang sign up so people could maybe read it before unloading.. I get you maybe short handed but come on put a note up!!!😡

Hardee's is a welcoming restaurant with a friendly and helpful staff. The general manager and staff, led by Gabe, go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The menu offers a variety of options, including cheese burgers, fries, and milkshakes. The food is fresh and hot, and the service is fast. While the lobby could use a quick tidy, the parking lot is conveniently located on three sides of the building.
