I ordered "Quick Pick-Up" on the KFC app. Five minutes later the app said my order was ready! When I went to pick up my order I had to wait 40 minutes for it to actually be ready.
I waited about 45 minutes to get my completed order, I wanted a chicken pot pie ? I was told they had some ready after I ordered I didn't get it and was told I order it first but they had to give it to the drive through first, I'm not sure if they use different money or Their time is more valuable it's a very interesting process. After I finally got the pot pie and got home, the rest of the food was ice cold because it was bagged and given to me while I waited for the pot pie...read full review

Not only was the place dirty but they had no forks or spoons to eat with. We traveled a good distance to get the chicken we love but it will be the last time. So sorry for your company. This is not a way to run a business!!
