Stopped in on a Friday night while driving through for the holidays. Interacted with multiple staff members and had very pleasant interactions with all of them. Food was good and hot. Bathroom and dining area were all clean. Surprisingly good experience all around.
Honestly my favorite Arby's around. I used to eat here all the time when I was merchandising up here. The staff is hard working and extremely friendly, and they are also very quick even in their lunch hours. Definitely recommend, honestly wish some of the ones in Roanoke were as well established as the one in Covington

The food was DELICIOUS, it was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. The music they played made me want to never leave, with bangers like One Direction and Ne-Yo. The staff were friendly and looking good. 10/10 would recommend.
