Poor service. Took my 4 year old niece who was visiting. There were 5 people in front of us when we arrived. The staff member at the register kept allowing at least an additional 10 people who were from the same group and arrived after us over the next 30 minutes to cut in front. We ended up not being able to get ice cream because we were getting late for the airport. I mentioned this twice to the staff member who kept allowing ppl to cut in front and not serve us. I emailed them afterwards about the poor service with no response. In my opinion, the ice cream here is average but I live in the neighborhood and used to go there to support local businesses. But after this, I'm not planning on going there again. I think moo-thru ice cream is so much better. We usually get it on our way to DC but I recently found out they have a Charlottesville location and I'd rather make the trip there than go to Crozet Creamery again. On this day, I ended up getting my niece ice cream from Harris Teeter instead since we wasted over half an hour at the Creamery without being served.

Great variety in addition to frequently changing special flavors. Seating outdoors is better than inside. Really like the use of local/seasonal products for some flavors.

Great flavors and customer service. Every flavor I have tried has been tasty and creamy. I love that the strawberry, which is my favorite flavor, is made with strawberries from Critzer Family Farm.
The sweet aroma from the homemade waffle cones... yum. We knew it was going to be a great rest of our day!

It was just okay ice cream not much parking had to park on the street then figure out how to get to the place but nice seating area, not that it was part of the store it was just a common area for all businesses on that floor
