It took 20 mins for the lone worker to take my order due to the fact she was working making food for mobile orders and whatever, manager was playing slot machine. Got to give a shout out to Barbara for THE EXCELLENT customer service for greeting me, apologies for how long it was taking, taking my order and cooking a great breakfast and doing this ALL BY HERSELF with a smile on her face!

Wish I could give no stars my husband ordered through the app and the app defaulted his pick up location 45 min away. So of course he needed to cancel the order, there is no feature in the app to do that. The app said order complete, and paid for and it was pending on our account. It advises to call the store to cancel. We call the store 4 times because I was not satisfied with " we never received any orders". She never once asked our name, the order number or anything jus said we didn't receive it. After my 4th call she looks in to her system and asked me what the items order was and miraculously she found the order they never received or started to prepare. Almost 2 hrs in. The person were rude, unprofessional and no knowledge of operations. She said " I dont use the app" "call headquarters" " go in the app to cancel" I cant tell you what to do we didnt get any order". I prompted her to ask questions like what was the ordered items, order confirmation name . And wow and behold it poppped up. Still no satisfaction because according to her the app is new to their store they cant cancel app orders despite the app telling you to call them to cancel and no manager is on to cancel it. Then she never took our information to hand to a a manager for when they report the next day. "It got lost" according to the other staff who took the phone away from her. DQ I WOULD LIKE MY FUNDS REFUNDED AS WE NEVER RECEIVED AND ORDER and according to your staff NEITHER did they

Staff seem like they don't want to work there almost like there doing you a favor by being there, just bad attitudes, I will never be back again.
