We always come to Smoked when visiting Crozet. Their Virginia Blackberry BBQ sauce is the best!! We gave it as Christmas presents to our family members last year, and everyone raved about it. Last weekend, my kids and I tried their ribs for the first time, and they were awesome. And, they have a great little patio area so you can sit outside when the weather is nice. Highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area!
This was such a great find! We stumbled on it while looking for a place to pick apples. We ordered the you pick 3 and got the ribs, brisket and pulled pork. The baked beans had jalapeño in them and were not too sweet. The collards with pork were done just right. The corn bread is definitely the sweet variety so if you like savory cornbread this might not be for you. They make a wide range of their own sauces and have a surprising number of interesting sides that are not typically...

Superb bbq. Much better than any place in Charlottesville.
