Based on reviews, Hondu Pollo 2 is a legit Peruvian rotisserie and a great place for authentic food. The chicken is prepared perfectly with a deep marinade flavor, a smoky char, crispy skin, and juicy meat. The green sauce has the right kick. Other excellent dishes include the lomo saltado, carne guisada, tamales de pollo, flan, and a good authentic Honduran dish, "pollo con tajada." The traditional breakfast is fresh and delicious. Everything is hot, well seasoned, and you get a lot for your money. The staff is very nice, and the restaurant has a family-friendly atmosphere with good music. It is definitely worth a visit and will be one of the favorite Latino restaurants in Culpeper.
