The service isn't the most friendly, and super slow. The amount of menu options is actually impressive. You see things on the menu here that you don't see at other places. The Saltado was.... not right. I feel as though they lean heavily on the soy sauce and the meat has a weird texture like it's boiled or something. The amount of sauce they add is good though not the best, but not the worst. This is chicken in the photo.
The girls at the front are slow taking the orders and missed items I ordered . Did not have time to wait for her to put my missing items bc my other food was going to get cold . She did not admit she did not ordered it instead she was blaming the kitchen I saw the ticket she didn’t added to my ordered also I know people make mistakes is not the first time happens .
I'm giving them five stars for now. I've only eaten there once and it was good, and the people that worked there were great. However, I have had much Peruvian style rotisserie chicken all over NVA, That's one of my go to for lunch. I cannot say that they are the best that I've had, but it was good and overall worthy of five stars. I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu. Let me add some constructive criticism.
