“So after a long day at my own job (night shift) I decided to pick up some food but the store goofed up my order. I decided to go back since it's right around the corner. I get there and explained that there was a slight goof and the manager (?) hooked me up with a fresh order and a little extra for the trouble. Great service and appreciate the extra food 😋“

“Probably one of the slowest locations i've ever been to. The line just CRAWLS... So slow... Every. Single. Time. I go here there's at least a 10 minute wait, even if I pre-ordered and park in the curbside pick-up zone... But then you go inside and the cars you saw outside in the drive-thru are gone before you come back it, so either route you choose, it's never any good, or faster...
Food is decent, but not great. Other places are better, even within the same chain.“

“First time here on a Friday night. We had reservations that were mixed up. Even though the restaurant was expected to be full they accommodated the 6 of us. The owner came over to greet us. I told him that this was my first visit. (Everyone else had been several times) Oh then he proceeded to bring bite size samples for me to try. He then offered up suggestions as to what I need to have for an appetizer, main course and even dessert. Food bursts with flavor. But the real experience here was the service. First class. Thank you all for the dining experience.“

“Oh my Lordy lord. Ever since I stepped foot in BGR it has been nothing but a fantastic experience. Everything down from the meat cooked to perfection to the fantastic customer service, it’s turned me to be a forever loyal customer to BGR. For anyone and everyone who loves burgers this is definitely the JOINT… GET IT?? I’m currently at the establishment groping a burger and sinking my teeth into the juicy combination of patty and bun. I’m talkin one hand on the phone, the other gorging myself on this delectable meal. For all reading this I am a burger expert (self proclaimed) and recommend this establishment. God I love this place. One more remark about the burgers flavor and you’ll know what I mean once you get your hands on this burger. Once you sink your teeth into the burger it’s as if you ascend to another plane and start to see the gates of heaven. The journey seems long and far and you don’t know if you can make it.. then.. out of the corner of your eye you see it… ITS THE BURGER. He lends you his body then you feel the power coursing through your veins it’s enough to make it all the way to burger heaven amen.“

“I went to eat today and the food was very good, the Burguer was very delicious, it really tastes natural, all was natural, the Frozen was really nice and the service was very good and polite and the place was very clean, it was very good everything.“

“This ruby susie's off of old bridge road was excellent.The young lady who served us was courteous thoughtful.Considerate and two steps ahead of us.I can't remember her name, but she had braids.And we sat up front by the window.If that helps. The food was excellent, and she even upsealed a salad bar after dinner by just being kind.
