“WOW WOW!!!! is not all I’m going to say this restaurant is Amazing the food is so delicious .I had the steak breakfast one week I had well done steak and use the butter knife to cut it lol that all I have to say, I had the beef stew the meat pulls apart with the fork that’s all I have to say. All the sides are delicious everything is so fresh you taste the freshness. The ambience clean and fresh the bathroom yes I said it. I told my daughter even if she does not have to go go anyway ?? she did and was amazed. Thank you to all the chefs & staff. Oh and stop by the bakery when you leave delicious!!!!!BlessingsWest“
“Dinner with spouse, son, daughter-in-law, and their boys. Nice selection on the menu. Youngest child chose grilled octopus and loved it. Wife, chose Lomo Saltado, which she said was delicious. I chose their Neptune platter, which was mixed grilled seafood, including Mahi, which to me is a very dry fish. Other than that, it was delicious. Portions were more than ample. Sangria was great and not at all sweet like many Sangrias I have had.“
“I was in the mood for pancakes, but not really any decent places to choose from in the Gunston area. A quick Google search turned this place up, and boy was I happy to find it!! Pancakes were light, fluffy, and buttery and spot on. I can’t wait to go back and try some of the other things on the menu. The young lady that took my order was very sweet. The establishment was very clean and well organized, which is the opposite of all other business park eateries I’ve been in. Will be going back often. :)“
“What a delightful little diner with delicious Peruvian chicken and rice! We also tried the fried yucca as an appetizer. Our server was very sweet and checked back on us several times. There were two big TVs showing a soccer game and there was even a little stage with big speakers for when they offer a live performer.“

“The service was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. Food and drinks was very good! We shared the coconut shrimp and I had the jerk shrimp pineapple bowl that I requested extra spicy and it was so good! My daughter enjoyed her jerk chicken pineapple bowl. And we shared the Pineapple empanada which was delicious. Generous portions so we can enjoy the rest for lunch! Fun atmosphere with island music.“
“Hands down the best restaurant and best food I've had in a restaurant in a year. This place is simple, clean in its setting but the food is outstanding and delicious. Do yourself a favor and try the food, made fresh and hot while you wait in Rivera 's Restaurant. They have a variety of dishes and flavors on the menu. It was difficult to make a selection. Everything I ordered was phenomenal. Lomo saltado mixto with red beans and rice was so flavorful! Tamales de elote were sweet and yummy. I was surprised to find atole available and had hot and sweet atole de elote. And super happy with the fried yucca! Prices were fair and portions were generous! Staff was so friendly, professional, and kind! I will definitely be returning and trying more dishes.“
“Update to my previous review. This is now definitely the best Peruvian chicken you will find in the Woodbridge area. They hit a little bump on the road after they reopened in mid-2019, but they are back to consistently juicy and their chicken tasting as closed as you can get to actual Peruvian chicken with that peculiar Peruvian chicken seasoning.“
“This is a great insconspicuous place. A family-type restaurant with an extensive menu. The food is excellen, full of flavor and in generous quantities. The service is as you would expect in a family-owned restaurant, friendly, and personal almost making you feel you are having dinner in a friend's or uncle's house. The wine selection could/should be better. The ambiance is very nice.“
