“As a native Bolivian I was surprised they offer "almuerzo" for only $14!! This included soup and main dish + a drink. Also you have bread and llajua. We had quinoa soup and one of my favorite silpancho. Over all is hard to find a genuine bolivian restaurant, but this one took me back to my home city.Great place, can not wait to come back to try more!“

“Food is ok , if u can speak Spanish better but I always take photos out side window has food photos, can help you to get food. That’s helping me to get food, staff is friendly and smiles always. Chef is help me to get my food, she can understand English.thank u“
“Restaurant is ok, services was quick and staff are nice , food and drinks were good as well. Giving it 4 stars because the music is too loud tot he point that you really have to yell tot he person right next to you and they only have one server that speaks English which is good but ordering can be confusing and could take long if you don't speak Spanish . I would recommend the place though , great for group and small parties.“
“If you’re hankering for authentic, delish Pollo a la Brasa served up nice & fresh at a low family price, this hot spot has got it going on bigly! Fan-tas-tic! — Eat in or to go!✅Great sides also! Drink selections are a bit limited, what you’re likely to find at most chicken bodegas. Large open seating for your huge crowd of young sports players or a fun birthday event. Even alone, I enjoy the meal here immensely! #LatinoCorazonGringoFree parking, cash or credit card, seat yourself. **Hasta la vista, Caballeros!**????????“
“We got our food to go since the place is on the small side but the food did not disappoint. The sopes were delicious and the torta chingona was amazing. The torta can definitely Can be shared with another person since it’s on the big side (I think it was obvious from the name) I’ll definitely return!“
“The atmosphere here is amazing, you immediately relax. The drinks were incredible and the food was out of this world! The best dining experience I’ve had in years, I left with a giant smile on my face. Wish Anthony Bourdain was alive to taste this place.“
“I really enjoyed my time here. I was craving a little bit of Madrid and while trying to find a restaurant, I stumbled upon this place just a few minutes from my hotel.Right from the first encounter with the manager as I walked in, I knew I was going to like this place.Cristiano and Cristian behind the bar were great. The recommended all those amazing plates. I ended up doing a paella tapa as well as the Argentinian steak with chimichurri paired with a lovely Malbec.Remember, these are tapas, so the plates wont be giant. A couple of plates should get you to where you’d like. And the prices are very reasonable.I definitely recommend this place. I can’t wait to be back in Arlington so that I can go back and see my peeps. I made friends with the staff that night. They were truly one of the best restaurant staffs out there. Thanks Sabores team for a great first encounter!Parking: They share a parking garage with the apartment building. You can get your parking ticket validated by the staff before you leave. However, the first hour in the garage is FREE“
“This is a great local spot that serves yummy margaritas! They were busy, when we were seated but the service was on point. They never forgot about us, and made sure we always had full drinks and fresh chips/salsa. The steak quesadilla was delicious!“
“For lunch we ordered a delicious take-out meal: one whole chicken (all white meat—yes, it’s possible here), rice and beans, and fried plantains. Everything was fantastic! The chicken was moist and flavorful. The spices on the rotisserie chicken are amazing. Yummy!!! Clearly, lots of people love their recipe because I saw lots of customers picking up food in addition to those eating in the restaurant. We liked our choices of sides. The fried plantains were nice and sweet. The rice and beans (light red kidney beans) had excellent seasoning. This family-owned restaurant has been serving delicious food for over 20 years. Many customers are from Latin America, and they appreciate the homemade, fresh taste of their Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken. I love it and will be coming here again soon.“
