Honestly I’m very pleased with my experience. I went to Wendy’s for the first time in a while (maybe years) on Wednesday and wanted to try the spicy chicken sandwich. I wasn’t very sure how the biggie system worked but Niki was a great help. She helped walk me through all the options and was extremely kind. Great as usual. Very kind and understanding staff. I brought my two kids and their friend, who made separate purchases with coupons and their own money. The staff was very nice and helpful.
So after a long day at my own job (night shift) I decided to pick up some food but the store goofed up my order. I decided to go back since it's right around the corner. I get there and explained that there was a slight goof and the manager (?) hooked me up with a fresh order and a little extra for the trouble. Great service and appreciate the extra food 😋
