Went out to dinner tonight with the family tonight to a new restaurant that my parents had tried the week before. In spite Of the fact they were the only customers in the restaurant, my parents felt the food was okay and wanted to help the local business by inviting my wife and I to join them for a second try. Big Mistake! I had the rudest and most bizarre experience in my life. We walked in the front door and stood at the host stand for several minutes without being acknowledged by any host or staff despite many of them congregated in the rear of the restaurant and staring at us. The restaurant had over half of the tables empty. A restaurant employee came over eventually and asked us if we had a reservation when over half the tables were empty. We replied we did not, and he was completely disinterested in our business. Despite being offered a table for seating, he immediately stated three separate times that we would not get any food from the kitchen for at least 45 minutes. How could we refuse such an offer, right? This employee made all of us feel unwelcome and that they did not care for our business in this establishment. I would not, and do not recommend this restaurant unless you have an affinity for the strange and unusual. There are many other fine dining establishments across the river in downtown. Avoid this place and let them feel the economic repercussions of their poor business management. Considering all the challenges to run a successful restaurant, I would think that they would welcome any opportunity to earn your business.

Amazing food. Horrible service. I got the special burger and it was delicious with all sorts of flavors, though it was a little dry. Overall great burger. We got the steak tartare appetizer and it was outstanding!

While I am recommending that you eat at 616, I will also say that there are a few things to work on. First would be having the wait staff write down the orders so billing is accurate especially when there are various bills to be generated. Second, the temperature of the food was cool as though it had been ready and sat waiting before being served. The food once corrected was absolutely delicious. Our bills were still wrong and when we switched the bills we still got charged incorrectly. So please work on these things so we can check it out again.

No good vegan options at all which was very surprising since they call themselves “farm to tableâ€. I ended up with a garden salad for dinner. But my husbands said his meal was good. The live music was nice.

Ordered the 616 burger and left fully satisfied. Can't speak highly enough of this place, from the atmosphere, to the waiter, to the food, and even down to the hostess. Lovely restaurant with phenomenal food. The full menu is online with prices. Cannot recommend enough.
