Dining in, was a first order. Was told 15 minute wait for dark meat chicken. The crowd behind us (also waiting) received their meals in the dining room first, my husband spoke up at the counter and even had to inform staff what we were waiting for. Once we finally sat down to eat, the food was still wrong. Macaroni & Cheese was thick and and pastey like it had been sitting in a hot pan all day, couldn't eat it. Buns were burnt on the sandwiches, fries were over seasoned...

Maine did a wonderful job taking our order. He was professional, clear, and helpful. The whole team did a great job getting people through the line quickly, and the food was fresh & delicious. We were also greeted by a fine gentleman in the dining area. It doesn’t always happen this smoothly at this location we frequent and we thoroughly enjoyed it today!

I love Bojangles, and this one was special! The staff was so kind and helpful, and everything was really clean. It's Bojangles, so you know the biscuits are good, but the sausage on my biscuit wasn't dried at the edges as often happens at other Bojangles. It was a 5-star Bojangles experience!
