Met friends there last night ordered a burger medium well. Fries. The burger was burned to a crisp not edible cold fries. I asked the server who was really nice could they please remake this she said maybe but they are 40 tickets deep in kitchen. And honestly I’m scared to ask mgmt they get so mad. I said with a laugh thinking she was joking there are not 40 people in here. She said door dash and to go orders. The burger was 4 out of ten fries were cold. If their management is that incompetent that the servers are scared to send things back to be properly cooked something needs to change. IT Wii take a lot for me to go back there. It’s shamed because it was clean and servers were nice but if food is terrible what are you doing as a restaurant?

We were there on a Monday afternoon so it was easy to get a table. The service was excellent. Ordered the potato wedges for an appetizer and they were excellent, nice and crispy. Wings of course are always good and a huge variety to choose from. Also had the warm chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream which was terrific.

UPDATE: dropping a star due to them not letting me add bacon to the sliders today like they did last time:-( I boycotted B-Dubs around 10 years ago when they removed the sliders from the menu.... Well, they are back and they were delish!! Service at this location is definitely better than some of the other stores I have been to.

Unusually slow and kitchen kept messing up my order and the others that we were eating with. Manager was sub-par maybe he had his hands full but he dropped the ball several times. Hopefully this was just a bad night and next time we'll be back to the same place we love to visit ❤️.

I got the online bundle and every single wing seemed as though it had been sitting for hours! So disappointed b/c they normally are really good! My daughter couldn't even eat the boneless and the traditional were hard as bricks. 😒..UPDATE***No response from owner or restaurant. Went back last night (bad decision)

I can't tell if it was just our first time but me and my family were on vacation and we had their garlic parmesan wings and literally the next morning we all woke up with food poisoning and were stuck here for an extra 3 days. 🥲

I had an extended wait for an online order. Why do they list a pickup time if they obviously can't meet it. When I did receive my food, the cashier requested I sign my ticket. I started checking my food, and she asked again for me to sign the ticket. I politely declined as it was paid for online. Once I had checked the order, I found it was incorrect and requested what was missing. She retreated to the kitchen to get my remaining order, and someone else approached and asked if it was a problem. I said yes, and the previous person returned to speak with her. When I got to eat my food, about 10 minutes later, my loaded nachos were cold, and the cheese was not melted. I am very disappointed and fortunate that I have no need to return. I recommend that if you want good hot food I would suggest another restaurant. I wish you all the best and hope you can improve for future customers.

the girl who seated me and my mother, brown skin small little worm dread thingjes in her hair, has a really bad attitude, sat us at a dirty table and when she was giving me my menu she dropped the menu and just said “oops” and walked away.. rude. wont be coming back.
