I can't tell if it was just our first time but me and my family were on vacation and we had their garlic parmesan wings and literally the next morning we all woke up with food poisoning and were stuck here for an extra 3 days. š„²

I had an extended wait for an online order. Why do they list a pickup time if they obviously can't meet it. When I did receive my food, the cashier requested I sign my ticket. I started checking my food, and she asked again for me to sign the ticket. I politely declined as it was paid for online. Once I had checked the order, I found it was incorrect and requested what was missing. She retreated to the kitchen to get my remaining order, and someone else approached and asked if it was a problem. I said yes, and the previous person returned to speak with her. When I got to eat my food, about 10 minutes later, my loaded nachos were cold, and the cheese was not melted. I am very disappointed and fortunate that I have no need to return. I recommend that if you want good hot food I would suggest another restaurant. I wish you all the best and hope you can improve for future customers.

Iāve been going here 14 years ordered $135 in food they messed two things up and tell me 20 mins to recook it ..they just got done cooking the whole order in 20 mins . managers would not do nothing but agree took my refund and thatās thatā¦ What even bothers me more Iām there once a weekā¦.the food was two pretzel knots ..never had a problem to now .. if Cliff was there, this issue wouldāve been resolved.
