I am literally sitting in the restaurant writing the review, that's how GREAT it is!!! I am a traveling nurse, and came here regularly almost 3 years ago because it was so wonderful then. Well, I'm back working local, and it is still absolutely top notch! The service is like that of fine dining but as friendly as your neighbor. The owner even remembered me when I walked in the door. We come up from out of the town from Raleigh for our vacation day!! This was our first time to enjoy the ( great food for lunch) at Joe and Mimma’s the potato leek soup was delicious. The Shrimp and zucchini tasted great and well portioned. Dixie was bonus addition to the experience today. We will return. The owner spent a few to ask about our experience.
