We went for a birthday dinner 10/14 and the waitress we had was amazing. Included my now 3 year old in the conversation. Gave good recommendations. The food was top notch and the salad bar was on point! Thank you for a great experience and great service!
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Although I don't reside in Danville, VA anymore, I love to visit when I come to town. I have been eating there since 1982 and they have the best mushrooms that I have ever ate on their salad bar. I used to pout when they ran out of Mushrooms, but Ms. Dixie always saved me some. I never have been disappointed in the 44 years that I've gong there and I'm 62 now.

We come up from out of the town from Raleigh for our vacation day!! This was our first time to enjoy the ( great food for lunch) at Joe and Mimma’s the potato leek soup was delicious. The Shrimp and zucchini tasted great and well portioned. Dixie was bonus addition to the experience today. We will return. The owner spent a few to ask about our experience.
