My wife, nephew, and I were there recently and their food was OK but there was a problem with mine so I went up there to get it fixed. After waiting over 20 minutes for a replacement sandwich. It finally came but my sides are cold. I also noticed several customers came back to the line with orders that needed to be fixed. Someone in the back must be new. Might give them one more try but I don't know.

So I just left cookout and the drive thru lady shorted me like 5 dollars . I got the two hot dog and only received one gave her a 20 dollar bill and she gave me back 5 dollars I didn’t notice until I pulled back up at work when I was putting the money away that I put on the seat . Trifling !!!!!!!

Where do I start. All the workers were higher than a kite. They got my whole order wrong and it took 9 years to get it. It took another 9 years to correct it after 3 times.

Went to the drive thru on Thursday night and was told all they had was bbq sandwiches and cokes. What a joke!

We ate there on Saturday with my 15 month old son. Was very disappointed that this place is all over the US and it does not having changing tables to change kids diapers and not even highchairs so my son could eat. We had to hold him to feed him while we tried eating too. Not kid friendly place just disappointed.
