Me and my wife ate there today for the first time. Everything was buss'n. I got the chuck wagon w / gravey, mac'n cheese, yams, fried okra, and biscuits. My wife got the beef tips w / gravey, cornbread, mac'n cheese, squash and onions. Its a 10 of 10. Buss'N.
This establishment has become a favorite of ours. The menue is extensive. They offer daily specials, everyday specials and regular menu options. If you are looking for authentic down-home-style cooking, you really need to visit them. The meals they serve are delicious and the staff are always friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you are in the Danville Virginia area, I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
Nice, sultry, hometown kind of place. The service was nice, and you get what you pay for for the food.
They do have some space constraints, so I'm not sure how accommodating they could be for a group bigger than 4. Taller people coming by themselves may also find seating slightly uncomfortable.
