The staff should not have to work in the heat without air condition! The heat was ridiculous when I went to get my pizza today! Otherwise the customer service is friendly and I always get good food!

I love this place. The employees are great. I take my son for a pizza once or twice per week. Today, the air conditioner was broken at the South Boston Rd. location in Danville, VA. The employees were happy and welcoming even though they are working in unsafe conditions with the heat index of over 100 degrees today. Please, corporate, fix their air conditioner. They deserve better.

Brandon, Stephanie, and Tiffany were great! There was a misunderstanding with my pizza but they got right on with the matter right away! I appreciate their customer service as no one was rude or anything. I wish it was more of them working in food service! Thank you for your great service and hospitality.
