I recently ordered a cake over the phone - very early in the morning to have delivered same day to a dear, long time friend (for bereavement of her lil furbaby and she was craving a chocolate layer with chocolate frosting cake) The man who answered the phone seemed very irritated and bothered by my questions and concerns.
