Shout out to the General manager Teresa at this location.... I placed a big order and man she made it happen.. food was delicious. Not to mention the safety procedures she has in place is the best that I have seen in Danville that’s why I chose this location. The entire team wears gloves and mask so they are not breathing on or touching your food. They were also very professional in customer service.. Great job 👏

KFC has a clean and spacious dining area with courteous staff. The food quality is generally good, and the restaurant cares about sending out fresh food. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional service, especially from employees like Duffy, who tries to make large orders precise and friendly. The staff, including the manager, are often kind and welcoming, providing wonderful help with orders. The restaurant can be slow, both in the drive-thru and in-store, with long wait times, and online ordering may not always be faster. Sometimes, the restaurant runs out of stock on certain items. Despite these issues, customers find good deals with coupons, and parking is plentiful. Recent visits show that the chicken can be hot and tasty when served well, though occasionally overcooked. Overall, the staff's kindness and helpfulness stand out, making the experience positive even if service or food quality varies.
