Went in for dine in, never acknowledged. Employee was dipping ice cream into several cups, I guess to put in freezer, then took drive thru order. 2 other customers, who had placed orders were waiting.
I made the comment that we should probably go to drive thru to get waited on. One of the customers waiting agreed. Staff never commented or acknowledged.
We left without ordering. Sad thing, I don’t think any of the staff realized.
You should be able to do better.

Food was good and the service was great. I have to say everyone that was working was friendly, polite, and seemed to enjoy being there.
