What a joke. They take your order at the menuboard, when you finally get to the window, they ask you of you have time to wait. What do you mean wait? It’s already been 5-7 minutes since the order was placed . They say it’s going to be another 5 minutes to cook the hamburgers. Fast Food???? Wait??? Make you wonder who is running this crazy house.

Service was good but food has a lot to be desired. Shrink flation is taking over everywhere. Charging higher and higher prices for less and less food. I'm done with restaurants.

Staff seemed overwhelmed with the rush. The seating area was in disarray with overfilled trash bins and dirty tables. It took around 10 minutes to receive the order. Food was good but the store needs help.

I've always loved Hardee's I don't eat it as much as I should. There food is great. Prices are good overall. Nice employees filled my order quickly.

I didn't get what I paid for. I would have gone back but I was traveling trying to get home. I didn't get my whole order. They gave me two different sandwiches instead of the combo I ordered.

Spent over $22 for 3 breakfast combos. Got home and was shirt a hash round for on of the combos. I understand mistakes happen but I tried calling the store over 10 times and nobody would answer the phone. I work hard for my money and I assume they to do so I would like for this to be rectified. What's the use of having a phone that nobody will pick up!?!?@
