Good Morning this has happen more then once at this Hardee's on South Boston Hwy Danville there Customer Service Skills Suck there was 4 ppl on Frontline and not one person say Good morning or How you doing after a couple of minutes a person comes to the register and say can I help then oh my register has to restart acknowledge your customers make them feel welcome that's good customer service skills

This is my wife's favorite place, not really my cup of tea. But she loves their ham and cheese sandwiches. She gets the biggie bag for like 5 or 6 dollars. The fries normally suck but this time they weren't perfect but there were improvements.

It would have been a really good visit if they would have just listened to my order or even called it back out to me considering they didn't have it on the screen for me to check it. I tried telling the girl that it was supposed to be another drink but she kept on moving. Maybe she didn't hear me. Not sure. But I went inside to add the hash browns on the order because she didn't add it on and stood there for ten minutes waiting to even be acknowledged. Three...
