A delightful stop for delicious coffee drinks, baked goods, and sandwiches on Craghead Street in Danville (just down from the Golden Leaf). Check out the rough hewn bar with coffee cups and old news clippings imbedded beneath an acrylic coating in the side room.☕🧋
Long wait (~12 mins) to get a tiny bagel (not even toasted) and the cream cheese wasn't even spread onto the bagel. On top of that, the amount of cream cheese in the to go container was not even filled. Disappointed especially since I got it to go and was expecting it to be prepped already as I was going to eat it in the car to go but could not as it wasn't prepped. I wonder why the long wait?
Fine coffee house for a stop when traveling. The lattes were made with quality ingredients and perfectly blended. I had hazelnut while my husband had vanilla and our friend chose chai tea. The desserts were tasty with the jam tarts being our favorite. The atmosphere was casual and the bathroom clean. The only drawback was a lack of a container for recycling the plastic cups and boxes. Otherwise, it was a good choice and well worth a visit.
