There have been some improvements at the west main location in the last few months. I think the team is really trying to improve. The ladies working this morning demonstrated exceptional empathy for this very emotional customer. The sweet lady in the drive-thru window around 9:15 am deserves management recognition for her gracious display of empathy and true concern for another human being! TY ma'am for encouraging me in my time of need!

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S. Go to the one on Old Riverside instead.I've been to this location about 10 times since I've lived in Danville and they've gotten my order wrong for 9 of those visits.They take forever to respond to you when you're sitting in the drive thru, they have hella attitude, and to top it all off, the food is generally cold, dry, and somehow bland.This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's franchise in the history of McDonald's franchises. Avoid this place like the plague.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONADL'S !!!! I have gone there several times because I live near by and every time they mess up the order. This time they messed up my order twice, and when i asked them to correct it they didn't. Resulting in 2 wasted trips there and back and wasted food!!!

Went in for dinner.Ordered my food, waited over 30 minutes to get my order.They wern't busy in the drive thru or in the store.They locked the doors at 6pm even though their hours state the diner is open until 11pm.When I got my order, my order was wrong, so not only did I wait 30 minutes in a Mc Donnalds that was not busy, but the damn order was wrong!

Very dirty at 7 pm, the slowest lines. The order taker was unable to take a single order right while instore. Nasty looks from employees the whole time. Wouldn't waste a dollar there.

No stars nasty service didn't listen to order to begin with what time employees don't yell at people and lie to the other employee when heard what the nasty attitude one said to begin with and then on top that get order wrong multiple times need a new crew or some just need replacing ATM I don't know which or just shut it down everybody had to pull up or park and wait for their food hoping some got the right things that they ordered won't be going back here not the first time had issues here but will be the last !!
