McDonald's, at its west main location, has shown improvements in recent months. The staff demonstrates exceptional empathy, with one employee in particular receiving recognition for her compassionate service. However, the drive-thru service can be unreliable, with customers often finding mistakes in their orders despite clear instructions. Despite these issues, the staff is generally friendly, but may be overwhelmed due to understaffing.
