Food was great, but took over 15 minutes in curbside, so we ate food there. Then we understood why, manager guy was out there vaping and smoking. more times than caring for service. He came outside to chill then crew came to bring customers food. We felt like we were not in the parking lot of a restaurant, but dome vape shop that sells food. Know its a Friday 13 th....but ummm...Where is the Professionalism and Excellence. Do they realize a restaurant is viewed inside and outside!!!...

There have been some improvements at the west main location in the last few months. I think the team is really trying to improve. The ladies working this morning demonstrated exceptional empathy for this very emotional customer. The sweet lady in the drive-thru window around 9:15 am deserves management recognition for her gracious display of empathy and true concern for another human being! TY ma'am for encouraging me in my time of need!

If you use the drive through service check your order every time before you pull off. Doesn't matter how clearly you state your order, simple or not. Doesn't matter how polite or patient you are, you are guaranteed at least one muck up. Every time.People who work there are nice, they just seem to run on a skeleton crew all the time and I'm sure it weighs down on them.
