Worst service in town. I phone ordered 2 cheese steak hoagies at 4:30, I arrive at 4:45 and was told they were not ready yet. One couple came in after me, ordered 2 foot long cheese steaks, sat down and were served theirs as I am still waiting for mine. AT 5:12 pm I had still not gotten my phone order. I walked out. The older lady at the check out was very rude. I will not be going back there again. WORST SERVICE IN TOWN>

Phi-lly Cheesesteaks & Things is an absolute hidden GEM in Southern CA that deserves way more love.
I popped in and ordered a small cheesesteak with onions, green peppers, banana peppers, and mushrooms—and let me just say, there was nothing “small” about it. The portion was massive. I had leftovers, and it was only $7.45. In this economy?! That kind of quality and quantity at that price is basically unheard of.
Every topping was fresh and flavorful, and at just $0.15 each, you can seriously load it up without breaking the bank. But the bread… the bread was next level. Soft, buttery, and clearly baked fresh—it totally stole the show and tied the whole sandwich together perfectly. I wasn’t expecting to be blown away by bread, but here we are.
The staff? Incredible. So kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. They make you feel like you’ve been coming there for years, even if it’s your first time. There’s a real sense of pride and hospitality in how they run things, and it shows.
Oh—and do yourself a favor: get the lemonade. It’s homemade, tart, refreshing, and the perfect pairing for the rich, cheesy sandwich.
The menu doesn’t just have Phillies however. They also have wings, hoagie rolls, a freshly stocked salad bar, and homemade potato salad and good southern slaw.
The place is fast-casual with a dine-in area, a drive-thru, carryout, AND they’re on DoorDash, so it’s super convenient no matter how you roll. But honestly? If you can swing it, stop in and experience it firsthand. It’s worth it.
If you’re a cheesesteak fan, or just love supporting local spots that do things right, Phi-lly Cheesesteak should be on your radar. Affordable, delicious, and run by people who care—what more could you ask for?

Food was exceptional. Wait is 15 mins if you don't call ahead. Loved the outside dining option.inside kinda old looking but not nasty. The subs were delicious but I would highly recommend no lettuce or tomato unless you want them cooked. They put the tomato and lettuce on bottom of sub roll and put hot meat on top of it and it cooks the veggies
Sat outside and enjoyed my food. It was nice. Great food for a great price.

Delicious cheesesteak that had some of the softest bread I've ever had on a sandwich like this. There was only one person taking orders but they were doing a great job and there was no rush at the time. I got the combo with the crinkle-cut fries and they were crispy and hot. Will definitely be back!
