We buy our meat from either here or a local butcher shop. They almost always have a good selection, and the steaks are nice and thick. Plus, I can always pick up a good-sized brisket here to smoke.Of course, who can resist getting a package of 200 rolls of paper towels at the same time The store is always clean, and even though employees all seem to be at the front, they are polite and helpful if you need them. Plus, a buck and a few coins for a dog and soda is a steal all day long.Finally, if you don't use the app to self checkout and skip the line, you need to really rethink that. It's DA BOMBThey lost a star because too often they have issues with the food area, such as broken drink machines, no cups, no lids, etc.

We bought a flat screen tv online and paid for it to pick up in the store. It was quite larger than our current tv, so we also bought a larger cabinet for it as well. We live about 40 mins away, and my husband borrowed a special van to pick up the tv since it isn't supposed to lie flat. He was on the way to pick it up when he gets a message that our tv is out of stock. When he arrives at the store, he is told that they already sold the last one that they had in stock, and the only one available is the floor model. So they sold the TV that we paid for! They did not put it aside as they should have, but they sold it to someone else. The floor model comes with no warranty! We don't even know if it has fallen over, or been messed with. The only thing they could offer us was 10% off the next size down. 10%? That's pathetic! We discovered that there is another one in stock over an hour away. Will they ship it to us? Of course they won't! We are supposed to borrow the van again and spend another day off work trying to drive out of town to pick up a TV that was supposed to be waiting for us. The lack of customer service from the manager here is absolutely disgusting! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

We have had a Sam's club membership for a few years now, mostly for the savings on gas and OTC medicines. I ordered a couple of Christmas gifts for store pickup the night before Christmas Eve, and they were ready at least half and hour before the pickup time I selected. It was just as easy as ordering grocery items or household goods. This was very helpful in our Christmas shopping, and I will definitely look for gifts from Sam's club in the future! (The $4 pickup fee is a lot less than shipping I have paid when shopping online at many other websites. It's annoying to pay a fee, but theirs is affordable compared to others.)

Sam club is good, but the food cafe workers are ratchet. They had attitude with my family, rolling her eyes and smacking her lips. She trie pay stupid like she couldn't hear. And then got rude. If it was up to me she would have got fired on the spot. They used to have good works but they haven't went and hired some hood boogers.

Not good at all. This is the worst Sam's Club ever. They don't carry as many products as other locations and the counter staff are just rude. Also, the gas prices are no cheaper than other local gas stations and today when I called no one answered the phone. Very poor customer service.
Pick up was awesome! Donna was nice, courteous & friendly! Thanksgiving Eve & this was my first experience. Excellent time savings on such a busy shopping day for groceries. Thank you Sam’s Club! Will do this again!

We went to the concession to buy churros for our girls, only the lady was very rude. They were out of everything we asked for and she snapped at my husband several times. My daughter said thank you and she said nothing. This was on 10/30/2020 at around 6:50pm. The cashiers name was not on the receipt however, she was rude to everyone that walked up. It was like she didn't want to be there. Just close it up if you don't have anything that is advertised for sale. But don't be rude. Is she not happy she has a job? The store in itself was fine. I don't have a problem with it overall but, she needs to work with the City of Danville on the trash pickup truck. That's how badly she treated everyone.
