Literally the Piney Forrest location in Danville Va has become the Walmart of Coffee. Maybe they should visit the original store and learn why people are willing to pay more for a simple coffee.

The customer service is phenomenal. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. I have never felt rushed. The specialty drinks are always so delicious. If it isn't the way you want your order, then they are more than happy to correct it for you.

Not much to say about this Starbucks overall average. Got a Salted Caramel Frap which was made as it should have been. I will never leave a tip as I am being prompted to when I pay. Just getting a little pushy when I spend $7 for a drink that takes 2 minutes to make.

I had a coupon on my app for a free beverage or bakery item for my Birthday, so I stopped by to redeem it. The drive-thru line was a mile long, so my son and I decided to go inside. There was no line at the counter which was great! I got a venti Sugar Cookie Latte which is one of their holiday offerings for this year.My husband and son both got venti Mocha mint Frappuccino's. There were quite a few people at the tables, and about 4 or 5 employees. The cashier was friendly. The counters were dirty, and unstocked, and the vacant tables were also dirty.I went out to the car to wait, as I was feeling unwell, and my son waited for our order.We waited... and waited... and waited. Apparently the majority of the people at the tables were all waiting on orders. We had an appointment to service our car, and we were going to be late.Finally we got our beverages. I have had the Sugar cookie several times both hot, and cold. This one was weak and watery with hardly any flavor at all.They have now started wrapping their lemon loaf in cellophane, which I like. It's a hit or miss situation with Starbucks depending on the location. This one was a miss.

COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I EXPERIENCED W- MY FAMILY WHILE GOING INSIDE TO ORDER US A " PICK ME UP" & TO BE TREATED THAT WAY UPON PICKING UP LAST MINUTE CHRISTMAS GIFTS. WHICH AFTER THE ATTITUDE ONLY ORDERED 2 DRINKS OUT OF 5 OF US..... TOTALLY A DISAPPOINTMENT & BY THE LOOKS & VOICES OF OTHER CUSTOMERS, WELL LETS JUS SAY THEY'RE EXPERIENCE WASN'T PLEASANT EITHER.. I’m really disappointed that I have had 2 really bad experiences within the last week. I really love the peppermint mocha beverage. I went through the drive thru today to order one. After I pulled off I thought my cup felt very light. When I removed the lid I saw it was only 3/4 full. It also tasted like chocolate water! What a disappointment. This was at the mall location. Last week I was in the new location on Piney Forest Rd where I witnessed a disgruntled employee lashing out toward another employee. I think I’m done with Starbucks. After reading reviews I see others have had this same issue. They are not filling cups!
