The frap was super liquidy. Bagel with 2 butters and cream cheese came with no cream cheese although I did get the extra butter.

I gave three stars because the service has not always been bad. I have been into this Starbucks many times within the last month, but I went in the other day and questioned the level of my drink. And I don’t know if it was the manager or one of the other employees, but she looked at me and said “yes you had the same question last time you were in here.” And then she proceeded to show me all my cup how much liquid and ice and whatever.
