worst service and management possible
one of the waitresses there changed a to on a credit card receipt to $100 for herself and they have said they would make it right and after weeks they still haven't. well since they haven't AND said they would which admits guilt then this waitress can soon expect to be arrested, hopefully in front of everyone, because they will be pursuing criminal charges.... Does Texas Roadhouse consume this type of behavior and just cover it up?
Service was extremely slow. Waited 20 minutes before anyone even approached the to go window. After waiting 30 minutes after my order should’ve been ready (received no text), I approached the window once more and received no service. I went inside, where the hostess requested a manager come up front (and they never showed up). The hostess finally is the one who got my to go order for me.
